Admission process commences after the announcement of SSLC results in May every year with the issue of applications. Applications can be purchased from any Government Industrial training Institute throughout the state.

The Admission of trainees is done by the applications ranked as per the aggregate marks obtained by the applicants in Maths and Science and the communal rotation rules of the Government of Tamil Nadu.

KNITTING AND SEWING(WOMEN)

40 Trainees are admitted every three months.

For wireman and welder a Pass in Eighth Standard and for the other Trades a pass in 10th standard is essential.
